Please allow 1-2 business days for shipping confirmation. All packages are shipped via USPS! 

 

OwlwaysTrue Store is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages! Once you have received your tracking number, it is your responsibility to keep track of your order. Once your tracking order states DELIVERED to your address, and you never received your package, you must contact the United States Postal Service at 1-800-275-8777. Any stolen, damaged, or lost packages must be reported as a claim to USPS!
